Respawn Tech acts as a Digital Tools Hub, offering various technological solutions in the SaaS model. Currently, services include dynamic QR Code generation and link redirection. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue tools at any time.
To use the tools, the User must create an account with true and accurate information. The User is solely responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activities performed on their account.
The platform operates on pre-paid credits with no expiration date. Balance is consumed by: (a) One-off Costs (resource creation); (b) Daily Maintenance (fixed cost per active resource slot for infrastructure funding); (c) Variable Use (scans and processing). Service suspension due to lack of balance is a contractual right of Respawn Tech and implies the immediate interruption of link redirection. Resources will display an inactivity page, and Respawn Tech is not liable for any damages, loss of opportunity, or commercial losses resulting from this suspension. It is the User's sole responsibility to maintain a positive balance for redirection continuity.
According to the Consumer Defense Code (Brazil), Users have 7 days to withdraw from the purchase of unconsumed credits. In case of billing errors proven to be caused by system technical failures, Respawn Tech will issue a refund or compensatory credit for the affected amounts after support analysis.
Credits earned via referrals are promotional in nature, have no monetary value for withdrawal, and are for exclusive use on the platform. Respawn Tech reserves the right to revoke bonuses in case of suspicion of fraud or mass account creation for undue benefit.
It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for Phishing, Malware, Spam, Fraud, or any content that violates Brazilian laws. Violation will result in immediate account and resource blocking, without right to a refund.
All source code, design, and technology of Respawn Tech are our exclusive property. The destination content linked to the links is the sole responsibility of the User, who guarantees they possess the necessary rights over it.
The services are provided 'as is', with no specific uptime guarantee (SLA) unless separately contracted. User accepts that brief technical instabilities are inherent to software services and do not generate moral damage claims. Testing and verifying the final destination and functionality of created resources is the User's sole responsibility. In no event shall Respawn Tech be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. The total aggregate liability of Respawn Tech is limited to the lesser of: (i) the total amount effectively paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event; or (ii) the monetary value of active credits in the account at the time of the incident.
This platform is operated by Respawn Tech LTDA, registered under CNPJ 60.530.402/0001-20, based in Rondonópolis, MT. (a) Internal logs of Respawn Tech constitute definitive proof of use and billing; (b) Failures in any third-party infrastructure or APIs (such as cloud providers, payment gateways, etc.) are considered force majeure and exclude our liability; (c) It is strictly forbidden to attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the platform; (d) We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance; (e) Respawn Tech has no obligation to provide backups or restore data from closed accounts; (f) The Portuguese version prevails over translations; (g) The Courts of Rondonópolis, MT are elected as the sole competent jurisdiction.
The User agrees to hold Respawn Tech harmless from any claim arising from their link content. If Respawn Tech is sued due to User acts, User assumes responsibility for paying for the defense and fully reimbursing any losses, including legal fees, through right of recovery or joinder of parties.
Respawn Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for any User, at its sole discretion, with a 30-day prior notice (with refund of non-promotional balances), or immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or harmful use of the platform.
