Services are provided on a prepaid credit basis. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a proven system error that prevented the delivery of the purchased service. We do not provide refunds for 'change of mind' or unused credits. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime. You agree that Respawn Tech is not liable for any loss of business or profits due to service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Respawn Tech's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Respawn Tech from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Respawn Tech reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Where permitted under the applicable law, you and Respawn Tech agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Respawn Tech regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
