Respawn Tech is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13.709/2018).
We collect: (a) Registration data: name, email, encrypted password; (b) Payment data: processed directly by Stripe, we do not store card data; (c) Usage data: QR Codes created, scan statistics, scan IP addresses; (d) Technical data: browser type, device, operating system; (e) Social provider data: name and email via Google/GitHub when using Social Login to facilitate your access.
We retain your data while your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. After account closure, your personally identifiable data is removed within 30 days, except for financial transaction records and credit history, which are preserved in an anonymized form to comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) Infrastructure and essential service providers (including but not limited to: Cloudflare, Fly.io, Supabase, Brevo, CloudAMQP, and Redis Cloud) for secure service operation; (c) Authorities when required by law. All partners are subject to confidentiality obligations.
You have the right to: (a) Confirm the existence of data processing; (b) Access your data; (c) Correct incomplete or outdated data; (d) Request anonymization or blocking of excessive data; (e) Request data portability; (f) Request deletion; (g) Revoke consent. We exclusively use essential cookies for platform operation, authentication, and session security. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside Brazil (United States and Europe) through our infrastructure providers. These transfers are made with appropriate contractual safeguards in accordance with LGPD.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication with password hashing, access monitoring, and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, but we continuously work to improve our protection.
Our services are not intended for minors under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we identify that minor data has been collected, we will immediately delete it.
